Compassion @ the Castle Exeter’s First Vegan Fair

Compassion @ the Castle Exeter’s First Vegan Fair

Last weekend we were kindly invited to have a stall at Compassion @ the Castle in Exeter. The fair was organised by Exeter Friends For Animals and Animal Aid and it was the grand finale of the two week Vegan Festival of Britain.

There were loads of stalls and a great choice of vegan foods, as well as talks, cookery demonstrations and live music. This was followed by an after party where they were serving delicious vegan hot dogs and burgers.

It was a fantastic day and we thoroughly enjoyed talking to you all about our work. Thank you to all our old and new supporters for your interest and for donating and we hope to see many of you at our open day on Sunday 3rd September 2017

These festivals help promote the benefits of living a vegan lifestyle and are designed to appeal to all kinds of people. Even if you do not lead a vegan lifestyle we highly recommend you go along to one and experience what they have to offer. They really are a fun day out for all the family and everyone is extremely welcoming. You can learn so much from these events which could help you lead a more healthier and compassionate lifestyle as well as taste test some delicious food samples and take part in fun and informative activities.
