With their personalities beginning to come through our three little boys now need names!

Following our wonderful summer Open Afternoons, we’re giving visitors a special opportunity to spend time at the Sanctuary this September.

Three little lives in need of a home have joined the Dean Farm Trust Sanctuary family and, in time, we hope they will become three very special new friends for Hope.

Bluetongue has become an increasing animal health concern for us here at the Sanctuary. We are doing everything we can to protect our woollies and goats.

What an incredible afternoon! In July, we opened the Sanctuary gates once again and welcomed over 300 visitors to Dean Farm Trust for our latest Open Afternoon.

Just over a month after arriving with a serious head and eye injury, Edith and her best friend Dorothy have now moved into Turkey Terrace, where they have joined Juney and her friends.

This week, we said goodbye to our beautiful Clive after 13 years at the Sanctuary. Clive was one of our original flock of five rescued lambs who arrived in 2013.

The prolonged drought has brought grass growth across the Sanctuary to a standstill forcing us to feed winter hay months early.

Just a few short weeks ago, two tiny piglets arrived at the Sanctuary. They had narrowly escaped a future where they would never have had the chance to simply be pigs.

Just a few weeks ago, these two little boys were sleeping safely beside their mum, unaware that their future was hanging in the balance.
